Island Broiled Chicken

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    6 tbsp vegetable oil
    3 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 or 3 cloves garlic
    teaspoon dried oregano
    1 lb of chicken (or a lil more)

Directions

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Seal chicken and sauce in a plastic bag. Marinate in fridge 4 to 5 hours, overnight okay, but turn several times. Broil on high 2nd rack (?) or low top rack (!) (25 min) or Bake 350 (1 hour). Double sauce for super juiciness or to pour over rice.
