Ginger Glazed Turkey

Ingredients

    600 g Turkey breast, sliced into thin strips
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves of garlic
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 cup hot mango chutney
    1/2 cup orange juice

Directions

Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat, and add minced garlic. Allow to cook for 30 seconds before adding sliced turkey. Cook turkey until done. While turkey is cooking, mix chutney, juice and spices together. When turkey is cooked, add juice mix to the skillet and allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Once juices have been reduced, serve hot.
