(1) 3.5oz can low-sodium chuck light tuna packed in water
1.5 tbsp champagne or red wine vinaigrette
4 small pimiento-stuffed green olives, chopped
1/8c juiced-packed mandarin oranges, drianed
2 tsp minced red onion
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and cut in half lengthwise
Spoon half of the ingredients into each of the bell peppers.
