Steam Veggies For rice

Ingredients

    Baby Carrots, 3 oz.
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices
    Broccoli, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped or diced

Tips

I put over 1 cup of Rice and added a little sweet & Sour sauce. Very filling


Directions

Cut veggies.
Then steam veggies.

Serving Size: Makes 2 1 cup servings or 4 1/2 cup servings
