Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1/4 lb of hot pork sausage
    1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed
    1 can tomato soup (reserve 1/4 can for topping)
    1 egg
    t sp salt
    1.5 tsp pepper
    1/4 c milk

Directions

Spray non-stick spray in muffin cups. Mix all ingredients and distribute between the muffin cups. Spoon remaining soup over the top of meat. Bake at 400 for 15-25 minutes, or until done.
