Introduction

Nutritious, Delicious, low fat/low sugar pancake or waffle batter. Nutritious, Delicious, low fat/low sugar pancake or waffle batter.
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    1/4 cup each: Sifted

    Whole Wheat Flour
    Oats (made into Flour w/Nutribullet, then sifted)
    Coconut flour
    Hazelnut Meal/Flour
    Almond Flour

    1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    1 tbsp. Organic extra virgin coconut oil
    1/4 cup Better 'n' Eggs egg substitute

    1/2 cup each:

    Milk, Silk, Coconut, Vanilla
    Silk Pure Almond milk, vanilla
    Lactaid 1% Low-fat Milk Lactose Free

    Serving Size Two 3" pancakes or One regular waffle

Tips

Note: Some alternate toppings (low fat/low sugar)
Maple syrup w/ mixed berries
Blueberry syrup w/ blueberries
Strawberry syrup w/strawberries
Butter Pecan syrup w/ finely chopped pecans, (good)!

Can freeze left overs then cook in microwave for 20 to 40 seconds to reheat.


Directions

Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Mix together approximately 2 min.

Prepare pancakes in fry pan or pancake pan by pouring or measuring about 1/4 c. dough. Brown on one side until top is bubbling or looks dry. Carefully use spatula to flip pancake until golden brown. Serve with favorite toppings.

Prepare waffles by following the instructions that comes with your waffle maker.

Serving Size: makes 14 3 inch pancakes or 7 regular size waffles
