Half a bone and skinless Chicken breast 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce 0.25 tsp ground Ginger 0.25 tsp Garlic Powder 0.25 a medium Onion 0.5 cup Sliced Bell Pepper 1 cup White or Brown Rice
First cook the chicken anyway you want. Cook the rice. When everything is ready in a skillet cook the vegggies. When the veggies are tender put in the chicken and rice. Mix together adding the ginger, garlic, and soy sauce. Spoon out of skillet on plate. Makes enought for one or two.
