Set up grill for direct cooking over medium heat. Mix together all ingredients. Wetting hands helps to prevent the meat sticking to your hands. Shape into 4 patties. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side. Serve with traditional burger bun and condiments (calories extra on those) I included this topping in the calorie count to add flavor (but it doesn't show up on the main recipe menu), you could mix 1/4 cup light mayo, 1 tblspoon dijon mustard and the a 2nd 2 tablespoons maple syrup and place a dollop on each burger.
