Introduction

This is an excellent way to have a healthy breakfast in a rush. This is an excellent way to have a healthy breakfast in a rush.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1 Cup Egg Substitute
    1 Cup fat free half & half
    1/2 Cup water
    1 Cup Heart Healthy Bis quick
    2 tsp Mrs. Dash table blend
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1/2 cup diced green pepper
    1 cup chopped mushrooms
    1/2 cup shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese

Directions

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Saute onion, mushroom, green peppers and any other chosen ingredients. Whip egg substitute, fat free half & half, water, heart healthy bis quick and spices. Pour mix into greased muffin pan, 1/2 full. Scoop Tbls of veggie mix into cups and sprinkle with cheese. Makes 24-2inch pies. Freeze and grab for a quick reheat when you need a breakfast to go.
