Rosemary Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients

    6 large red potatoes
    1/4 Olive Oil
    Dried Rosemary, Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Spray baking dish with non-stick spray.

In a baggie, combine quartered potatoes, olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Coat the potatoes well.

Bake for 30-45 minutes, until tender and golden brown.

  • Easy, versatile, and oh so tastey. When I reached for my rosemary, I discovered I was out, so I used Mrs. Dash instead. It wasn't bad with the Mrs. Dash, but next time, I'll use rosemary. - 3/1/09
