Tortilla Pizza

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Small Whole Wheat Tortilla
    3 T. Ragu or Pizza Sauce
    1 T. Diced Yellow Peppers
    1 T. Sliced Black Olives
    1 T. Sliced Green Olives
    1 T. Diced Onions
    1 oz. Diced Deli Turkey Breast
    2 T. Shredded Fat Free Cheese
    Fresh Chopped Basil to taste

Directions

Use a few drops of olive oil spray on a small bakink dish. On tortilla add sauce, then rest of ingredients, ending with cheese and basil. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly golden brown. Makes 1 serving.
