Ingredients

    Great Value Pinto Beans, Dry, 0.50 cup
    Great Value Lighr Red Kidney Beans, dry, 0.50 cup
    Great Value Black Beans, Dry, 0.50 cup
    Great Value Great Northern Beans, Dry, 0.50 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Chili powder, .50 tsp
    onion, minced, dehydrated, .33 tbsp

Tips

I didn't add salt to keep sodium levels down. It can be added to taste before eating. Would also be good with some grilled chicken breast added while cooking. This helps me get my required veggies in daily as I am not a big veggie eater.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small crock pot, add 4-5 cups of water and cook on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours. Water can be added if the mixture becomes to thick.

Serving Size: Approximately 6 1 cup servings
