    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 large (remove)
    Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Oat Bran, .33 cup (remove)
    *Sesame Seeds, 2 tbsp (remove)
    **Flax Seed, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    artificial sweetener if desired

Directions

mix ingredients and cook as would pancakes
