Ingredients

    Eggplant, zucchini,peppers,mushroom,onion,braggs. Rice

Directions

Chop all veggies, add to wok, then add braggs and let simmer. Stir occasionally and keep liquid. Gives the rice a bit more flavor. Cook rice according to directions, I used the 90 min one.

Serving Size: Makes enough for lunch all week
