2/3 cup fiber one
2 tablespoons unprocessed bran
2 tablespoons milled flax seed
3 tablespoons unsweetend cocoa
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
3 packets splenda
5 egg whites
25 large blueberries or some sliced strarwberries or bananas or other berries.

Add all the egg whites and blueberries and mix completely.
Spray nonstick large frypan with cannola oil or other spra and heat it as to make pancakes and
pour the batter into the pan. When a few bubbles appear, flip it over, turn to low heat and fry for 2-3 minutes . Cut in half and serve hot. 2 servings, 160 calories
