gluten free double chocolate walnut brownies

Submitted by: WHIRLWINLIN

Introduction

These brownies are tender, cake-like, moist and delicious. Use an 8X8 pan or they may be too flat for your liking. The original recipe calls for grade seed oil, which is didn't have on hand. So I used olive oil and they came out very good. These brownies are tender, cake-like, moist and delicious. Use an 8X8 pan or they may be too flat for your liking. The batter will be thinner than brownie batter usually is. Use the correct size pan or these may turn out flat. This is more like a snacking cake/bar than a brownie.
