Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    9 C. Water
    15 oz. seafood stock
    8 oz. lobster juice
    2 stalks celery diced
    1 russet potato diced
    2 onions diced
    3 tomatoes diced
    6-8 cloves of fresh garlic
    4-6 sprigs of fresh thyme
    4-5 bay leaves
    the zest and juice of one lemon
    1 can chopped clams with juice
    1 lb. clams in shell
    1 lb. mussels in shell
    1 lb. cod or sea bass cubed
    .5 lb. tuna or salmon cubed
    1 can of V8
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute onions, celery and potato in olive oil. Add tomatoes and minced garlic. Zest all of one lemon, add zest and juice to pot. Add Thyme and bay leaves, simmer. Add the soup stock and water (hot) add all of the seafood. Add a pinch of saffron. Add salt and pepper to taste, simmer to let flavors blend
