Introduction

Saute' : onion, peppers, celery & garlic. Set aside.
Brown ground turkey, add sautéed mixture and rest of ingredients.
Mixture will be soupy - let simmer to reduce liquid.

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Garlic, 1.5 tsp
    Ground Turkey, 1 unit, yield from 1 lb
    Catsup, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 1 cup
    *Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce, 2 TBL tsp
    La Choy Lite Soy Sauce (Low sodium), 3/4 TBL
    Brown Sugar, 1TBL packed
    Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
    Salt, 1/2 tsp
