Cabbage and Onion Noodles

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 onion
    5 carrots
    1 jalapeno pepper
    1 banana pepper
    1 head green cabbage
    1 head garlic
    pepper, mustard powder, and salt to taste
    16 oz Explore Asian Adzuki Bean noodles, or other noodles

Directions

Chop one onion, 5 carrots, one jalapeno, one banana pepper, one head of garlic, and one head of green cabbage, and braise in a little water until somewhat soft. In another pan, boil the noodles. Combine the noodles with the vegetables, season to taste, and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 6 generous servings.
