THIS IS AMAZING! I just made some and put grapes and a banana in it for a little snack and I love it...Feels like Im eating dessert! Instead of regular milk I used almond milk...HUGE cut in calories! And I also used the fat free cool whip...LOVE LOVE LOVE this...Will use it from now on!
I used Fat Free Cool whip, and it dropped the calories down to 29.5 a serving. HELLO! That is what I am talking about! SO Good! Great with Fruit and on top of my Special K waffles also. Thank you for this recipe! It's delicious!
