A quick source of needed fiber! A quick source of needed fiber!
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    10oz Peanut butter
    aprox. 5oz ground flax seed meal (40tsp)

Tips

I'm thinking of adding nutmeg for it's benefit. Also replacing the prepared peanut butter can be replaced with homemade peanut butter to reduce the sodium.


Directions

simply mix the two ingredients using a fork until well blended

Serving Size: Makes 30, 1Tblsp servings
