JP's Fruite Salad
IntroductionA health/Cool Fruit Salad! A health/Cool Fruit Salad!
1 Medium Cantaloupe cubed
2 Cups of Strawberries halves
1 medium cubed Peach
1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
1 Medium Gala Apple peeled and cubed
Two containers of Sundia True Fruit Grapefruit w/water or 1 segmented Grapefruit
1 Medium sliced Banana
Make sure to use the water in the Sundia True Fruit Grapefruit in the fruit salad. Can also add a splash of fresh orange, lemon, lime, pineapple or any other fresh squeezed fruit juice to add more flavor and or some fresh chopped up mint! I use one cup for a side dish/snack or 2 cups for fresh and healthy breakfast!
