Introduction

This is absolutely delicious! And it's low fat! There's almost no fat in it! Serve it on top of my Lemon Biscuit Recipe! This is absolutely delicious! And it's low fat! There's almost no fat in it! Serve it on top of my Lemon Biscuit Recipe!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup Blueberries
    2.5 cups strawberries
    1 Peach
    1 cup Raspberries
    1 Tub of Fat Free Cool Whip Thawed
    1.5 cups of fat free vanilla yogurt

Tips

To serve, slice a lemon biscuit in half and put the bottom in a dessert glass. Put 2 tbsp of the cream on top of the biscuit. Put 1/4 cup of the fruit into the glass. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of the puree. Set the rest of the biscuit on top and serve!


Directions

Wash all the fruit. Cut the strawberries and the peach. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of the strawberries in a separate bowl. Put the rest of the fruit in a different bowl. Take the reserved strawberries and puree them. Spoon 4 tbsp of the puree over the fruit and toss. Cover and put in the fridge. In another bowl, fold the Cool Whip into the yogurt. Add 2 tablespoons of the puree to the mixture. Cover and put in the fridge.
