Lemon Pepper Shrimp w/Brown Rice & Broccoli

Ingredients

    4 oz. shrimp
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. evoo
    3/4 c. cooked brown rice
    1 c. broccoli

Directions

Marinate shrimp in lemon juice and pepper for 10 min. Heat skillet and add olive oil. Drain shrimp and sauté until cooked through, and serve with brown rice and broccoli
