Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Better 'n' Eggs egg substitute, 2 cup
    Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1 cup (not packed)
    Lentils (1/4 c dry or 35 g dry), 4 serving
    chicken breast tenderloin (cooked), 18 oz
    Birds Eye Cut Frozen Green Beans (2/3 cup), 5 serving
    Kroger Broccoli Cuts (frozen), 5 cup
    Curry powder, 4 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Tabasco Sauce, 9 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 6 tsp

Directions

1. Dice the chicken
2. Put egg substitute into bowl
3. Put each ingredient in while combining
4. Grease a glass container with olive oil
5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until you can insert a knife and have it come out clean
6. Cool and refrigerate.


Serving Size: cut into 8 slices
