Ingredients

    4 chicken breast
    2 cups salsa (your choice)
    1 cup sharp cheddar, shredded

Directions

Cut chicken breast into strips, place into cassarole dish pour salsa over and mix. Place into oven at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour or until chicken is done, sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven until cheese is melted (which takes only a few minutes. Great over rice or in a tortilla with sour cream.
