Ingredients

    Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 32 oz
    La Banderita - Xtreme Fiber Tortilla, 9 serving
    Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 2 cup
    Shoney's Olives, Black, Sliced - 1 Tablespoons, 4 serving
    Rosarita no fat Traditional refried beans (serving 0.5 cup), 2 cup
    La Victoria Enchilada Sauce, 1.5 cup
    Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 4 tsp

Directions

Brown turkey in a nonstick pan. Put beans, olives, taco mix and 1.5 cups of cheese into a bowl. Add ground turkey and stir to combine. Cool to room temperature.

Heat oven to 375. Place about 1 cup of filling into each tortilla and roll up. Place in 9x13" pan, cover with enchilada sauce and remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
