Corn Salad

Ingredients

    1 can Black beans, rinsed
    2 cups frozen corn, thawed
    1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 avocado, cubed
    4 TBS fresh cilantro, chopped fine
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 lime, squeezed (2 oz)

Directions

Combine rinsed beans, corn, and tomatoes. Season with lime juice, olive oil and fresh cilantro. Add avocado right before serving and mix.
