    4-5 # CHICKEN
    3 C WHITE RICE
    1/2 C BUTTER
    1/2 TSP TUMERIC
    1/2 C FLOUR
    1/4 TSP OREGANO
    1 TSP SALT
    DASH PEPPER
    1 C EVAPORATED MILK
    3 C CHICKEN BROTH



Directions

PRESSURE COOK CHICKEN UNTIL FALLING OFF BONE. RESERVE BROTH. CHUNK CHICKEN AND SET ASIDE.

PREPARE RICE ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS. LAYER RICE ON BOTTOM OF 9X13" PAN, FOLLOWED BY MUSHROMS, AND CHICKEN.

MELT BUTTER AND ADD FLOUR, SPICES, UNTIL SMALL BALL FORMS. GRADUALLY ADD EVAPORATED MILK. ADD MUSHROOM JUICE PLUS CHICKEN BROTH TO EQUAL 3 CUPS. GRADUALLY ADD TO MIXTURE UNTIL CREAMY SAUCE IS FORMED.

COVER ALL WITH SAUCE AND BAKE @ 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES
