Ingredients

    beef chuck arm pot roast (4 oz per person) (more if you want leftovers)
    onion (1/2 cup chopped)
    water (to cover)
    Worcestershire (4 tsp)
    garlic (2 tsp)
    Pepper (to taste)
    McCormicks Grill mates Steak seasonings (1 tsp)

Directions

i used Beef chuck, arm pot roast (about 4 oz per person) -- there are 4 of us so i bought a bigger pot roast so i could have leftovers.. THen i put 1/2 cup of onion chopped. water to cover, Worcestershire sauce (about 4 tsp), Garlic (2 tsp), Pepper to taste, & McCormicks Grill mates Montreal Steak Seasonings (1 tsp) -- mostly by taste.
turn it on low for 8 hours or high for about 4 hourse
