Ingredients

    1/2 c. dry quinoa
    1/2 c. dry Lundberg wild grain mix
    1/2 c. dry pearled barley
    1/2 c. long grain wild rice
    1 tbls honey powder

Tips

you can skip the honey if you choose.


Directions

Add 4 cups of water and the wild grain mix to a large microwavable bowl. set to cook high for 5 mins and low for 15 mins.
Add pearled parley cook low for 15 mins.
add brown rice and quinoa and cook on high for 15 mins.
Add tbls honey to lightley sweeten

Serving Size: 1/2 cup cooked
