starkist chunk light Tuna in water (2 oz), 2 cans
Stove Top Stuffing/dry mix, 6 oz. box, 6 oz
Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
Carrots, raw, 1/2 cup, strips or slices
Mayonnaise, Hellman's Light, 1/3 cup
Claussen Sweet Pickle Relish, 2 tbsp
Water, 3/4 cup
Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
Heat a large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Scoop tuna mixture, using about 1/3 cup for each cake into skillet. Try using an ice cream scoop to make evenly portioned cakes.
Gently flatten cakes using a spatula.
Cooke 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides, turning cakes over carefully.
Makes 6 servings of 2 tuna cakes each.
