Ingredients

    1/2 serving of Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
    2 tbsp Flax Seed - Ground
    6 chopped Macadamia nuts
    1/4 cup non-fat milk
    1 tsp Brown Sugar

Directions

Make the Quaker oats per directions. Add chopped macadamia nuts, brown sugar, flax seed. I will pour the milk over the top and sometimes add fresh berries and omit the brown sugar.
