Great way to start the day... 3 minute prep time and you are on your way! Healthy protein and carbs and 100% of lots of vitamins... so good, your kids will beg for more! Ingredients

    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    2 T PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
    1 packet of Spiru-tein chocolate protein powder
    5 ice cubes

Tips

This drink tastes best really cold, so it's best if you make it just before serving (leaving it overnight in the refrigerator is NOT recommended).

Directions

Add milk, peanut butter powder and protein powder to blender and blend on high. Scrape down the sides if there is any powder residual. Add ice cubes one at a time until drink is thick and frosty. Pour and serve.
