Marie's Broccoli Slaw

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 bag Broccoli Slaw (broccoli, carrots, red cabbage), shredded, about 1 1/4 cup
    1 med. Apple, unpeeled, chopped
    1/2 cup Pineapple, unsweetened, chunks
    1/4 cup Raisins, (not packed)
    1/3 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened(Craisins)
    1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
    1 Tbsp Light Mayo
    1 Tbsp Light Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
    1-2Tbsp Ranch Dressing
    1/2-1tsp Onion Salt
    1/2-1tsp Poultry Seasoning
    1/2-1tsp Sage, ground
    1 Tbsp Dill pickle juice (I use Kosher)

Tips

I make this when we have seafood, pork and bbq ribs.
There's usually no leftovers.


Directions

Place broccoli slaw, apple, pineapple, raisins, craisins, and walnuts in a medium size bowl.
Mix mayo, salad dressing, ranch dressing, all seasonings and pickle juice in smaller bowl.
Then combine the dressing mixture into the salad mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and chill before serving. Enjoy.


Serving Size: makes 6-8 servings (about 1-cup servings)
