This is a FABULOUS P90X recipe. We had it last night for the first time and the pork flavor was incredible!! I cooked it in a pyrex baking dish in the oven for 1 hour covered in foil. When I pulled it out, I sliced the meat in the pyrex dish and let the slices soak up some of the juice. YUMMY! - 4/25/08

This was Phenomenal! Loved it! Added a little more spice and Scriacha hot sauce since I didn't have tobasco. Also, the only pineapple in the house was a small can of crushed in own juice. I added that to the roasting pan and baked (after browning) for 35 min. Should have baked for only 20 min. - 8/11/12

AWESOME! I jazzed it up by doubleing the chili, cumin and cinnamon!I baked a peeled/slice apple with it for 15 minutes then added real fresh pineapple slices for the last 15 minutes. ThenI made rice with kiwi, strawberries, the baked pineapple&apples, green onions and cilantro with it. OMG!I loved it!! - 4/29/12
