This is a FABULOUS P90X recipe. We had it last night for the first time and the pork flavor was incredible!! I cooked it in a pyrex baking dish in the oven for 1 hour covered in foil. When I pulled it out, I sliced the meat in the pyrex dish and let the slices soak up some of the juice. YUMMY!
Good recipe. I didn't give it 5 stars because I reserve that for WOW recipes. I browned it as the recipe said, then baked at 350 for 50 minutes, and it was very moist. We liked it, and didn't think it was spicy-hot at all. May add cayenne next time!
How delicious was THAT! We loved it. I made it for my hubby and my one year old son. We will definitely be having it again. I cooked mine for 30 minutes, then put foil over top and dropped the temp to 325 for another 12-15 minutes. Served it with rice pilaf and broccoli. Very yummy!
Made this delicious recipe tonight. I used a pork shoulder picnic roast instead, because we are a family of 7. The flavor was different, and superb. Excellent texture, very moist. I had to increase the amount of seasoning. Served with brown rice and String beans, with onions, red peppers and garlic.
This was Phenomenal! Loved it! Added a little more spice and Scriacha hot sauce since I didn't have tobasco. Also, the only pineapple in the house was a small can of crushed in own juice. I added that to the roasting pan and baked (after browning) for 35 min. Should have baked for only 20 min.
AWESOME! I jazzed it up by doubleing the chili, cumin and cinnamon!I baked a peeled/slice apple with it for 15 minutes then added real fresh pineapple slices for the last 15 minutes. ThenI made rice with kiwi, strawberries, the baked pineapple&apples, green onions and cilantro with it. OMG!I loved it!!
I had to rate this somewhere in the middle. My husband wasn't a fan, but I liked it just fine. I thought it needed to be a bit spicier, so if I make it again I'd have a heavier hand with the chili, cumin and tabasco.
I believe in following a recipe as written the first time, then make pesonal ajustments if I choose to make it again. I wouldn't change a thing! This was moist, delicious, and company-perfect!
My fiance made the marinade for this and read my directions wrong. Instead of using .5 teaspon for some things he did...5 teaspons. So, it turned out spicy, but it was actually REALLY good that way!
This was incredible! Best pork tenderloin I've cooked. It was moist, juicy, full of flavor and my whole family gobbled it up. I cooked 2 pounds for 5 people and it was nearly polished off. I served it with Bahama Breeze Cinnamon Yams.
I made this recipe for my family . I didnt have chili powder so I used Chili Mix which already had the cumin and garlic in it . I used minced garlic instead of fresh . This recipe was fantastic . My husband wants me to try this with a steak . Would be wonderful with pineapples .
Just made this, it was AWESOME! Instead of Tabaso sauce, I used a caribbean hot sauce to make it even more spicy. This was wonderful! First time I've ever cooked pork tenderloin and I love it! Will make it again! Super easy too!
Everyone loved this! 6 year old all the way up to grown husband. Served with the egglplant spicy dip on french bread topped with mozarella and a fresh fruit. Made a lovely meal. My 6 year old was asking for more... which is rare.
great flavor, I would make this again if my Hubby was not against it. He said it reminded him too much of French toast. So I may try it again without the cinnamon just so I can have it once more. I liked it very much and would make it just as the recipe is listed If I was the only one eating
