Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients

    1 whole wheat pizza crust
    1 small container plain hummus
    2 Tbs olive oil
    1 cup broccoli
    1/2 onion
    1/2 bell pepper
    1-2 tomatoes
    1 package parmesan cheese

Tips

Try a variety of fresh veggies! This is a great way to use up vegetables before they go "bad."


Directions

-Preheat oven to specified temp (from crust)
-spread olive oil onto crust
-spread plain hummus onto crust as "sauce"
-evenly sprinkle vegetables then cheese onto crust
-bake until cheese melted
*it is tasty to sear peppers and onion first
*Hot/Spicy peppers and other vegetables are welcome additions
