5 sheets of Phyllo Dough
About 1/2 cup Sugar
About 1/8 cup Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup melted butter (can sub with olive oil or egg whites)
About 1/2 pack Fat Free Chocolate Pudding made with fat free milk.
Mix Sugar and Cocoa Powder.
Layer Phyllo by lightly brushing a sheet with butter, then sprinkling with sugar mixture, and putting next sheet on top. Layer all 5 sheets and brush top sheet with butter and sprinkle with sugar mix.
Cut Phyllo into 2 inch squares and fit into mini muffin pan making little bowls with the phyllo. Keep excess Phyllo covered with cotton towel while working or baking.
Bake Phyllo bowls for 10mins, then remove from pan.
Allow phyllo bowls to cool, then spoon about 2-3 tsp of pudding into each bowl
