Easy Pumpkin Muffins Easy Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients

    Krusteaz Fat Free Buttermilk Pancake Mix,(2 c dry)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 cup
    Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree, 1.5 cups/1 can
    Cinnamin 1tsp( 2.3gram), 4 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Corn Oil, 2 tbsp

    Mix and fill muffin tins sprayed with cooking spray

Tips

You could just use water instead of milk and add some nuts to the batter if you like.

400f for 12-15 minutes
