Ingredients

1 can reduced fat chicken broth
3/4 cup 2% milk - divided
2 TBSP cornstarch
1/4 grated pecorino romano cheese
12 ounces cooked diced chicken breast
8 ounces Ronzoni Heathy Harvest Rotini prepared to package directions
Directions
While cooking pasta. Bring chicken broth to a boil. Reduce heat, add 1/2 cup milk continue to simmer lightly. Add cornstarch to reserved 1/4 cup milk, stir till smooth, add to simmering broth and milk. Stir till thicken. Add cooked diced chicken and grated cheese. Heat thouroly. Toss with pasta. Serve with steamed broccoli.
