    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    MARSHMELLOW CREAM, 7 oz
    PEANUT BUTTER OR CHOC CHIPS 1 1/2 CUPS
    SPLENDA 2 1/2 CUPS
    SKIMMED EVAP MILK 5 OZ
    LIGHT BUTTER 1 STICK


Directions

PUT VANILLA, MARSHMELLOW CREAM AND PEANUT BUTTER OR CHOC CHIPS IN LARGE BOWL.
MIX SPLENDA, EVAP SKIM, AND 1/2 THE BUTTER IN SAUCE PAN.BOI UNTIL ROLLING ON MED HIGH HEAT. THERMOMETER SHOULD SAY AROUND 235 DEGREESMIX IN REMAINING BUTTER UNTIL MELTED. MIX IN BOWL WITH REMAINING INGREDENTS. MIX UNTIL ALL IS BLENDED. POUR INTO A 9X9 PAN LET COOL UNTIL FIRM. CUT INTO SQUARES
