2 c whole rolled oats
1/4 c almond slices
1/4 c pecan chips
1/4 c chia seeds
1/2 c dried mango slices
3 Tbsp pure honey
2 Tbsp virgin coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch fine sea salt
1 pinch ground cinnamon
This can be eaten as a cereal (1/2-c serving), added to yogurts (3-tbsp serving), or eating plain as a snack.
To turn granola into a protein bar, add 1 c natural peanut butter, stir well, spread into a baking pan, and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Serving Size: Makes 6 1/2-c servings or 32 3-tbsp servings
