Italian Sausage Fritata

Ingredients

    1 lb. italian sausage
    10 eggs
    chopped veges
    sliced tomatoe
    1/4 c. shredded cheese

Tips

Great recipe for low carb diets, also quick & easy to make


Directions

on medium heat, saute veges (except tomatoe) in an iron skillet (I use a 12"), add italian sausage, cook until browned. Whisk eggs, add to skillet until the edges start to set. Add cheese and sliced tomatoes to the top. Move skillet to the oven (350) for 15 min or until the center is set
