In a 4 quart pot, put 4-6 cups of water on medium heat. Add potatoes, celery, mustard,dill seed, 1/2 tsp salt. Cut Bacon into small pieces, light brown, drain fat, and add to pot. Cook until potato's become tender enough that they break up when forked. Enjoy! Makes about 8-10 one cup servings.
This was a simple & hardy all-in-1 lo cal meal. I only had Turkey Bacon on hand & used 2 slices since it is listed twice in the recipe! I also substituted celery seed (didn't have dill seed), but snipped fresh dill was a nice garnish.
