Potato Celery Soup

Ingredients

1 Slice bacon cooked (Brown than cut into pieces
Coleman's Powdered mustard 1/8 Tsp
1 Pinch of dill seed
Potato, raw, 3 cups diced
Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
Dill seed, .2 tsp
Salt, 1/2 tsp
Bacon, 1 medium slices, cooked
Pepper, black, .5 tsp
Directions
In a 4 quart pot, put 4-6 cups of water on medium heat. Add potatoes, celery, mustard,dill seed, 1/2 tsp salt. Cut Bacon into small pieces, light brown, drain fat, and add to pot. Cook until potato's become tender enough that they break up when forked. Enjoy! Makes about 8-10 one cup servings.
