Veggie Stir Fry

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 Sliced Yellow Squash
    2 or 3 Zuccinni
    Package of sliced Mushrooms
    Chopped Med Onion
    Tbsp Canola Oil
    Season All Season Salt

Directions

Wash and chop all veggies. In large frying pan, heat oil to medium (4 or 5) heat and add all veggies, season with season all and cover. Simmer until desired tenderness.
After desired tenderness is reached, turn up to high and continue turning allowing the veggies to get slightly toasted..Enjoy!
