    2 lbs Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 Cup Water
    1 Can Black Beans
    1 Can Corn
    2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
    1 Packet Fajita Seasoning
    2 Cups Low Fat Cheddar Cheese


Add all ingredients into crock pot, cover
Set to 250 degrees or medium
Stir occasionally and add water if needed
Add cheese once cooked, 1/4 cup per serving
