Ingredients

    1 Cup of Blackberries
    1 Cup of Blueberries
    1 Cup Of Strawberries
    1 Cup of Fat Free Vanilla Yogart or Plain Yogart
    1/2 Cup of Fat Free Milk

    Use frozen berries when fresh are not available. I

Directions

Combine all items in a blender and blend until mixed thoroughly. This makes 2 - 8 oz servings!
