Ingredients

    Strawberries, fresh, 2 cup, halves (remove)
    Kraft Jell-o Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert (Jello), 1 Serving (remove)
    Pie crust, graham cracker, 1 pie shell (9" dia) (remove)
    *Cool Whip Lite, 8 serving (remove)

Directions

wash and slice strawberries
mix jello with 1 cup boiling water
cool and before it jells add
1/2 tub cool whip
slice berries into pie crust.
pour over jello/whip which has been whipped with a wisk
set and eat..

    This was great! For a version with more fruit, try filling the pie crust with strawberries. Boil 2 cups water with sugar free strawberry jello and cook & serve sugar free vanilla pudding. Let cool before pouring onto strawberries. Add cool whip to top as desired. (Add blueberries in season.) - 4/9/08

  • Loved this dessert. My daughter is allergic to refined sugar, I'm always looking for things that will work for her. My family loved this pie. I mixed the berries throughout the cool whip mixture. It set up so well. Thanks for the great recipe. - 4/14/08
