Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 lb raw shrimp, chopped into bite size pieces
    1 can campbell's 98% fat free cream of chicken soup or cream of chicken with herbs soup
    1 1/2 cups 2% milk
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup frozen corn
    3 cloves garlic minced
    1 tsp old bay seasoning (optional) don't use the old bay if you use the herb soup instead of the regular

Directions

Sautee onions and garlic until onions are translucent. Add in soup and milk and stir until blended together. Mix in the corn and cook for 10 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 3-5 minutes or until shrimp is cooked all the way through. Don't cook it too long once the shrimp is added or the shrimp will be rubbery.

Makes 4 servings, 1 cup each
